ELECTRICAL AND PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE

This image shows a faulty breaker causing overheating inside. Heat is transferring to the conductor putting it at risk of damage as well. Heat is the byproduct of voltage and resistance, anytime unwanted heat is produced it not only causes damage but the customer is also being billed for unused energy.

This image shows a bad connection or faulty equipment on a pole mount transformer. If this anomaly is not seen with an infrared camera and repaired an entire street or business could be without power.

This image shows a faulty connection. Many insurance companies are requiring a thermographic scan before they will insure a customer. Problems like this that are left undetected pose an extreme fire hazard.

This image shows an energized printed circuit board. Thermal imaging proves very helpful in trouble shooting due to its non-evasive ability to measure temperature.

BUILDING INSPECTIONS

This image shows a faulty window seal. Thermal imaging proves very helpful to potential home or business purchasers concerned with energy efficiency.

This image shows a moisture problem detected during a flat roof inspection. Infrared imaging allows the customer to repair or replace just the faulty portion of roof saving the customer thousands of dollars.

This image shows moisture in the ceiling and wall of a building. If this problem is left undetected insulation deterioration is inevitable as well as the possibility of mold growth.

This image shows a building that is missing insulation. Owners or potential buyers, with our help, will now have a non-evasive means of distinguishing problems before that first hefty energy bill arrives

This image shows heat loss around a door. This image allows the customer to get rid of drafts and unwanted dust and more importantly reduce energy costs.

MISCELLANEOUS

Thermal imaging proves very helpful in equine examinations.

Thermography is very helpful in the mechanical field giving the ability to measure bearing and pulley temperatures using a non-contact method.

  This image represents El Nino.

Infrared photography allows the inspector to distinguish tank levels without having to open the potentially dangerous tank.

Infrared users have the ability to see at night. This could be very useful in security or child find. It also allows the user to perform any type of inspection day or night.
